How do I get in touch with you?

You can contact us here by simply writing to us at [email protected] or on WhatsApp.

I have just ordered online, when will I receive my order?
We will ideally ship your product in 5-9 business days. Please check for the delivery time mentioned in product description for specific products.The delivery will vary based on the location and the products that you have ordered as most of the products we have are fully customized. We also send out an email to you after we ship your product, so you can track the order.

Why isn’t shipping free?
Well, the delivery guy needs to be paid, Right? 🙂
Also, If we are buying anything online, where it says ‘free shipping, there is always a hidden cost in the price of the product that we are buying.
We do provide free shipping for some of our products so you can follow our Instagram handle Craftyzone to know about these updates.


I received a damaged product. What should I do?
Don’t worry! If any damage has occurred to the product during shipment, send us an email along with the opening video to [email protected]
Upon confirmation, we can replace it if brought to our notice within 24 hours from the date of being delivered. We will send the replacement asap only if we get the opening video of the product. Upon verification of the video, we will replace it or give you a gift card which you can redeem on your next purchase (T&C applied)

I need a product to be delivered on an urgent basis. Is urgent delivery possible?
Urgent Delivery is available only on selected products. For any urgent orders please contact us on WhatsApp and then you may confirm your order.

Delivery was attempted, but I was unavailable, what can be done now?
Our Delivery executives usually attempt the delivery twice. Please make sure someone is available to pick the items. If you miss the delivery twice, then it would be returned to us. We will Re-ship the order once we receive it with additional delivery charges. Also, no refund will be initiated in such a situation.


Do you take Customized orders?
Yes, we do create custom designed products, regardless of the quantity. For any bulk orders please reach out to us on [email protected] with your requirements.

What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges depend on the quantity and total weight and volume of the product ordered. You will be charged accordingly at the checkout.

How do I track my shipment?
After we ship your order, we will send you a mail with the tracking details. You can follow the guidelines given in the mail to track your order.


Are you open for Collaborations?
It really depends on what kind of collaboration it is. But we would like to hear your ideas. Drop us an email on [email protected]

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we are not shipping internationally, But soon we will.

Can I change the delivery address of the item I ordered?
If we are yet to ship your order, we can change the delivery address, please send an email with an updated address with 6 digit Pin code and valid phone numbers with your order id. If the order is shipped already, we won’t be able to change the address.

Will I get a full refund upon cancelling the order?
As most of the products are customized we do not accept any cancellation of the order. So, no refunds will be initiated once the product is ready. If the order is not processed, we might refund the amount (T&C Apply)
