Once the order is dispatched from our end, You will get an email with the subject line #Your Craftyzone order is now complete. It will have the Tracking information tab with the courier service provider, tracking number, shipping date and tracking link. You just have to click on the word track and it will redirect you to the order tracking page. Enter your Tracking number from the email and follow the process as per service provider instructions on the site.
 Orders are usually dispatched within 5-6 working days after the order is placed depending on the product that you have ordered. The delivery time of the product is mentioned in the product description.

Navigate to the My account page and click on orders – You can track the order from the dashboard itself. The track option is visible only when the shipment details are updated.
